Norid will make changes to our registry system on Friday 2014-10-17 to remove support for the SSL-protocol version 3 (SSLv3). This may affect registrars with their own EPP clients, and we suggest that registrars running this kind of software test their systems against our test system.
We expect the system change to take very short time, but please expect instability between 9 and 10 am CEST on Friday morning. Regular modern web browsers are not affected, and all web based services should work as usual.
The change does not affect passwords, usernames or other credentials, and all services will still use secure http (https).
