The introduction of the electronic applicant declaration form and the discontinuation of the paper form has obviously resulted in new routines for registrars and Norid. We are interested in learning what your routines are when collecting the forms, so that we can identify needs, if any, for adjustments in your or our routines.

During this autumn we will contact all our registrars to learn how you receive your customers, and how you handle the collection of the applicant declaration form. If you need any help or advice from us, we will of course be happy to assist.

We will contact you by phone, and we will use the phone number you have provided on the 'Public' tab on the registrar web. The person we wish to speak with, is the one in charge of registering .no domains.

The ones we have already tested this procedure on, will not be contacted again.
