All Norid's servers were patched during the evening of 5 June 2014 (local time, CEST) to get the latest version of the openssl softeware, fixing several securitly vulnerabilities.
After the upgrade all services were restarted for the upgrade to take effect, and this may have lead to < 2 seconds of downtime. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
