Today, Norid initiates a public hearing on whether private individuals should be able to register domain names directly within .no.
The current policy only allows private individuals to register within the second-level category domain, priv.no. The new proposal recommends that they gain access to registrer directly within .no, while also maintaining the category domain.
A piece of cake, you say? There are many considerations to take in, and opinions differ.
The deadline is 11 March.
