Domain name holders is free to find a new provider whenever they want. Your responsibility is to make sure the transfer is as smooth as possible, without problems or delays, regardless of whether you are the old provider or the new.
More about Change providerIf the customer has succeeded with a complaint to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee
As a provider, you have an important role to play if you get a customer who has succeeded with a complaint to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. When the committee renders its ruling, the customer has 15 business days to have the domain name transferred to them. If this deadline is not met, your customer will lose their rights to get the domain name transferred.

Every transaction, where you register, transfer or renew a domain name, is subject to a NOK 75 fee (incl. VAT). The fee is deducted from your account. You must at all times make sure that the balance in your account is sufficient to cover your expected volume of transactions. If your account has insufficient funds to cover the transaction, it will be rejected.
