November is a month where many domains are due for renewal. This is because all domains registered before November 1999 were given the registration date 15 November 1999. All registrars should therefore check their balance to avoid failed renewals.
You can check how many domains under your management that need to be renewed each month yourselves. This is available on the registrar web, under the tab 'Daily' og 'Renewal Data'.
You can check your balance on the registrar web under the tab 'Operational'.
We also recommend that all registrars activate low balance notification, in order to get an email when it is time to make a prepayment. This will lower the risk for getting registrations and renewals rejected due to low balance.
