We want to thank the registrars who took the time to read and comment on the text draft. We have made a couple of small adjustments in order to make some of the terms clearer and easier to interpret, as well as some minor changes to the structure.
The most important material changes are that the registrars' duty to notify Norid if they discover discrepancies in Norids systems, will be limited to only apply for major incidents. We also reduce what is considered to be material breach of the agreement.

The transition to the new agreement starts on 15 June. On that date the agreement will be sent to all registrars to be signed. Notice of transition to a new agreement will be sent to all registrars by email and letter at the same time.
