RDAP is a lookup service for domain data which is the successor to the current whois protocol. The service is currently under development at many registries, and at Norid as well. Due to this we have made a survey which we hope you as a registrar can answer.

The letters RDAP stand for Registration Data Access Protocol. Norid’s RDAP service is based on the international RDAP protocol. The service is designed as a REST-API and is therefore well suited for automated lookups.
