This page shows examples of EPP XML sequences between an EPP client and the EPP server.

Sequences for new data model is standard, and sequences for old model were removed. The number of sequences is therefore reduced.
The examples are mostly dumped via a Net::DRI command line client developed for .no, but for service messages, the web client for EPP and the client’s log function has also been used.

Domain update on an existing name 'example-applicant-dataset.no.
The domain shall be transferred to a new registrant, and a domain update is used to update
the registrant to a new organization. As a registrant change requires a new applicant
statement for the new registrant, the corresponding applicant dataset is registered electronically.
A succeeding domain info shows that the statement data are updated to reflect the new registrant.
