Last night several registrars wrongfully experienced to have a negative balance.

This was due to an error in connection with import of the cash invoices which caused December transactions to be withdrawn twice.

The balance has now been corrected. Any domain renewals that have failed will automatically be renewed tonight. Applications for domains that have been rejected must be sent in again.

We apologise for the inconvenience this error has caused.
