As informed previously the current payment model with deposits will be replaced by a model where each registrar has their own account which can be filled as needed. The new payment model will be in effect from 1 December 2017, and it is now possible to transfer money to your new account.

In regard to the new payment model we have received many questions on whether the deposit can be transferred to the new model and used as a pre payment, instead of being refunded.

On the invoices issued yesterday, registrars outside of Norway have been wrongfully invoiced with VAT. This applies to invoices dated 4 October 2017. We apologize for the mistake, and ask all foreign registrars to ignore this invoice. The invoices will be credited and new invoices without VAT will be issued shortly.
